Britt is a coach and dedicated member of CrossFit Grays Harbor, where she has experienced firsthand the power of community, encouragement, and personal growth. Once a shy young woman, Britt found the confidence to step into coaching through the support of her gym family, transforming her life inside and outside of fitness. She is passionate about helping others discover their own strength, from youth athletes to members rebuilding their lives after hardship. For Britt, coaching is not just about fitness—it’s about creating a supportive, non-judgmental space where people of all ages and backgrounds can grow stronger together.
